State Member Leslie Williams announces $60,000 grant for Museum displays
At a community morning tea at the LHI Museum on Sunday 27th November 2011, State member for Port Macquarie, Leslie Williams, announced that theLHI Museum has been successful in its application for a $60,000 grant through 2012 Arts NSW Funding. The funds will go towards the design, development and construction of the Geology and Biogeography displays in the Ian Kiernan Environmental Gallery at the LHI Museum. The project will stimulate the local art and cultural sector and support local employment.
